Who we are

Ballerine is the AI-native, agentic merchant risk and compliance platform for acquirers, PSPs, and banks. We power merchant underwriting, KYB/AML, ongoing monitoring, and financial crime management for payment companies worldwide. And we go beyond the platform: we help our customers transform their risk and compliance processes to be agentic, so they can save time and money, scale, and manage risk and compliance in a safer and more efficient way.

Our customers operate in one of the most regulated corners of financial services. They don't just need software, they need it working inside their real workflows, policies, and constraints. That's why we're growing our forward-deployed engineering team.

Ballerine is a leading AI-native risk platform that uncovers and stops scams, fraud, and other bad actors before they enter financial systems.
We scan and interpret the entire digital footprint of a business - from websites and social media to hidden online mentions - revealing who they really are and whether they pose a risk.
Global financial institutions and payment providers rely on us to stop fraudsters running shell companies, selling counterfeit goods, or laundering money.
