What You'll Do
- Impact the architecture and design of our scalable services and products.
- Collaborate with the CTO to share responsibilities and drive technological innovation.
- Tackle high-scale challenges, including projects involving LLM and AI.
- Work with our clients directly, providing direct and real-world impact.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to our products.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
- Curious, independent, and persistent - driven to solve hard problems.
- Experience in owning and delivering projects and features end to end.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes (K8s), and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure, and database design.
- Problem-Solving, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Bonus: Experience with open-source projects and contributions.
